Vortex In line Flowmeters

Vortex flowmeters use a unique dual signal processing technology, which independently measures the vortex on each side of the bluff body and filters out unwanted noise. The results of this are improved flow signal detection, less noise and higher accuracy of reading taken through the entire flow range. Vortex flowmeters are also sometimes called vortex shedding flowmeters or oscillatory flowmeters.

The VX vortex flow meter has a wide turndown ratio of up to 80:1 and being highly accurate, at ±0.5%, this inline flow meter is an excellent solution for the measurement of steam, gas or liquid in many different applications.

There are various installation options available including wafer, flange and insertion designs.
